One of my dreams has always been to turn travel into part of my business, and so I keep the following close to my heart:
“Do what you love, and you’ll never work another day in your life.”
I have a background in management consulting for the financial sector, and in the last 20 years or so I have traveled quite extensively — short city trips as well as longer multi-country hops. One is work; the other is a hobby. And the former has given me a structured way to properly analyse and communicate what I like or dislike about the latter.
That means that, next to blogging about my travels and my experiences, I also offer travel consulting. More in particular, that means:
• Assessment Services: Incognito assessment of hotels, air travel and anything else related to the travel industry.
• Business Development: Help expand your service offering and generate new ideas.
• Management Consulting: The classics — project/program management, change management and interim management.
